It is a few minutes' drive from the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham International Airport and the train station. Other surrounding attractions include: Birmingham Business Park, the Bullring Shopping Centre, Drayton Manor theme park, Belfry Golf Course and Forest of Arden Golf Course.

By Car From the M6; - At junction 4, take the A446 to Litchfield over 2 roundabouts, staying on the dual carriageway. - At the 3rd roundabout, take the 3rd exit into Litchfield Road. - Then take the first left into Doris Road, and the first left into James Road. - James House is at the top on the left, on the corner of James Road and Rose Road. From the M42: - At junction 9, take the A446 to Coleshill and Coventry. Stay on this road for 2/3 miles over the first roundabout and through 3 sets of lights. - At the next roundabout, take the first exit into Litchfield Road, the first left into Doris Road and the first left into James Road. - James House is at the end on the left, at the corner of James Road and Rose Road.
